Pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 and subsequent amendments (“Privacy Code”) and of the European Regulation n. 679 of 2016 (the “Privacy Regulation”), CE GA Srl intends to inform you and all users and / or visitors of the site www.majesticpalace.it (respectively the “Users” and the “Site”), about the use of personal data, log files and cookies collected through the Site itself.

2. Information collected automatically by the Site – Cookies
a) Information collected automatically
Like all websites, our site also makes use of log files, in which information collected in an automated manner during your visits is stored. 4. The personal data you provide us using the Site: for what purpose do we process them
We need your data to allow you to:
– access the Site and navigate it;

The data you provide will be processed mainly with IT tools under the authority of the Data Controller, by persons specifically appointed, designated and instructed to process, pursuant to Articles 28 and 29 of the Privacy Regulation. We inform you that suitable security measures are observed also pursuant to art. 5 and 32 of the Privacy Regulation to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

5. Nature of the provision of data
With reference to the purposes referred to in art. 4, points (iii), (iv) and (v), please refer to what is expressly indicated in the specific information referred to in this Privacy Policy; for the purposes referred to in points (i) and (ii) of the previous art. 4, the provision of your personal data is necessary because in the absence you will not be able to use the services offered by the Site. Consequently, for the purposes referred to in point (i), the legal basis of the processing is the fulfilment of legal obligations, pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1, lett. c) of the Privacy Regulation, while for the purpose referred to in point (ii) the legal basis of the processing is the execution of the services provided through the Site and requested by you, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, lett. b) of the Privacy Regulation.

6. To whom and in what area we can transmit your data

7. Your rights
At any time, you can exercise the rights referred to in Articles. 15 et seq. of the Privacy Regulation, for access, rectification, transformation, blocking, cancellation, limitation of processing, in the manner established by art. 12 of the Privacy Regulation.

8. Duration of the Treatment
Without prejudice to legal obligations, personal data will be kept for a specified period, based on criteria based on the nature of the services provided.
