With a millenary olive tree and other centuries-old olive and citrus trees, it is an integral part of the history of the territory of Sant’Agnello and of the entire Sorrentine Peninsula.

The large swimming pool is an invitation to let yourself be kissed by the sun on hot summer days, a pleasant swim that can be accompanied by a cocktail expertly prepared by the Dry Martini Sorrento Main Hall and a light lunch by the pool or a fragrant and delicious pizza.

In the evening the swimming pool changes its appearance and lights up to welcome guests for an evening under the stars. The atmosphere becomes sparkling and gives other indelible memories of the holiday in Sorrento.

AMONG CENTURY OLIVE TREES AND VERY FRAGRANT ORANGE BLOSSOMS

Lemon and orange trees form the backdrop to the essences and shrubs typical of the Mediterranean scrub. The undisputed king, however, remains an olive tree, dated between 800 and 1000 years, a rare witness to a long historical period of the Sorrento Peninsula.

An integral part of the 10,000 square meters of garden are the 2,000 square meters dedicated to the vegetable garden. This is where Chef and Bartender come to draw from vegetables to aromatic herbs for a dish or a cocktail.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 and subsequent amendments ("Privacy Code") and of the European Regulation n. 679 of 2016 (the "Privacy Regulation"), CE GA Srl intends to inform you and all users and / or visitors of the site www.majesticpalace.it (respectively the "Users" and the "Site"), about the use of personal data, log files and cookies collected through the Site itself.

2. Information collected automatically by the Site - Cookies
a) Information collected automatically
Like all websites, our site also makes use of log files, in which information collected in an automated manner during your visits is stored. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site, in fact, automatically acquire some information during use, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

We inform you that suitable security measures are observed also pursuant to art. 5 and 32 of the Privacy Regulation to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

5. Nature of the provision of data
With reference to the purposes referred to in art. 4, points (iii), (iv) and (v), please refer to what is expressly indicated in the specific information referred to in this Privacy Policy; for the purposes referred to in points (i) and (ii) of the previous art. 4, the provision of your personal data is necessary because in the absence you will not be able to use the services offered by the Site. Consequently, for the purposes referred to in point (i), the legal basis of the processing is the fulfilment of legal obligations, pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1, lett. c) of the Privacy Regulation, while for the purpose referred to in point (ii) the legal basis of the processing is the execution of the services provided through the Site and requested by you, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, lett. b) of the Privacy Regulation.

At any time, you can exercise the rights referred to in Articles. 15 et seq. of the Privacy Regulation, for access, rectification, transformation, blocking, cancellation, limitation of processing, in the manner established by art. 12 of the Privacy Regulation.

8. Duration of the Treatment
Without prejudice to legal obligations, personal data will be kept for a specified period, based on criteria based on the nature of the services provided.
