The Don Geppi Restaurant, a reference point for gourmands, has a location surrounded by nature with its Petit Sale à Manger recently embellished with a painted canvas of over 80 square meters, created by the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples. A verdant landscape enriched by many architectural, sculptural and floral details, frames the space creating a trompe l'oeil that creates a suggestive continuity between the inside and the outside, between the magical atmosphere of the salt and the fragrant and suggestive one of the marvellous garden on which it overlooks.

A "small revolution" that arises from the desire to create a unique environment, an environment in which attention and attention to detail are the main focus along with taste. Our greatest desire, what we see as our "mission", is to create emotions that will turn into memories to be treasured.

In the kitchen, Chef Mario Affinita, born in 1981. A creative cuisine, with very deep roots in tradition but also solid in the study and application of the most avant-garde techniques.

The a la cartè menu that changes according to the season, and sometimes draws inspiration in the choice of raw material ranging from Km GOOD to Metro 0 of the vegetable garden within the garden. Various tastings, ranging from iconic dishes, such as “Tortello alla Nerano” or the Sandwich of sole “alla mugnaia” with zucchini alla scapece, and always new dishes that follow his continuous professional evolution.

Alongside Chef Mario Affinita, the other soul of Don Geppi Restaurant is Lucio D'Orsi, General Manager of the entire structure, but also an Alchemist, Barman and Sommelier.
With his 100 souls he personally takes care of the selection of the entire part dedicated to beverage, at the Don Geppi Restaurant as at the Dry Martini Sorrento. It is from the fusion of their two minds that the Don Geppi Experience becomes a unique and exclusive gastronomic experience, where food pairing goes far beyond the usual.

An exceptional mise en place adds personality to each table, managed directly by Giulia Rossano, owner, architect and creative soul of the entire structure.
